Today, my luxe love comes courtesy of my dear friend and artist/designer Gemma Kenward. She sent me some beautiful flowers today. I have several pieces of her work which are high end and totally bespoke.The multifaceted designer has worked with many well known names, brands and charities. From wedding shoes and stationery, to tattoos to portraits, you name it, Gemma excels at it.

Family
The familial link today comes from my dear mum. Like me, she is a huge lover of jewellery and has amassed a collection to be proud of. My favourite piece of hers has to be her original engagement ring from my father. It is a beautiful, very dark sapphire stone encased in a ring of sumptuous sparkling diamonds, not too dissimilar to the one pictured.

Festivities
This weekend, I shall be travelling back to my hometown to catch up with a few old faces and to celebrate little Louis' third birthday. The celebrations shall be outdoors in our local park. Here's a perfect picnic hamper for the occasion... (Let's hope that the weather improves before then!)

Food
Yesterday, my Fiancé, his mother, her partner and I dined at the Captain's Club Hotel and Spa in Christchurch. My Fiancé and I are regulars here. They do a fabulous Sunday lunch. I chose to be different yesterday and enjoyed a beautiful crayfish salad and a grilled salmon. The service is always second to none and the food is of a very high standard. They will also make any cocktail you request!

Fitness
You may have heard of the SBC, an exclusive fitness movement that is internationally renowned. unfortunately, for Jo Public (those of us who aren't models or athletes) we have to find something else to help us out.
At the moment, I am enjoying being back at Bournemouth Fit Body Boot camp. The team here are great fun and really motivating. I have tried many classes, personal trainers and styles of working out but I keep coming back to boot camp because its fun, friendly and it does what it says on the tin. I do not know anyone who has attended who has not been successful!
My exercise of the day is burpees... I think I must be the only person in the world that actually quite enjoys them!

Fun
I have a few friends with young daughters who love fairies. When I was young, I was obsessed with fairies. I recently found out about this wonderful place in the New Forest called Furzey Gardens. Here they have magical woodland trails for the children to explore that include fairy houses, doors and alike. An enchanting day out - I can't wait to go!
